The blogging has been slow...
These past several weeks have not been fair for my loyal readers here at DyerTimes. For that I'm sorry. As you can tell the blogging has been slow lately. For those of you that share the lovely residence of Milwaukee you already know why my blogging time has been dramatically reduced. My partner, Patrick Flaherty, is running for Milwaukee's City Council and we've been neck deep in the race. He has a superb chance of winning this and you can find out more here.
I've also been launching Milwaukee's first LGBT Indoor Soccer League. The deadline is coming up fast for that and it looks like we'll have a full house (which would be 8 teams!) If you are interested talk with me immediately!
So, when I make it through all of this I promise I'll jump back in the saddle and keep you current on all the things you need to know. Keep checking back as you know I love to surprise.
The Time Warp
There is a group in New York City that puts on amazing public improv using hundreds of volunteers in popular public spaces. One of my favorites was when they had at least a hundred men shop shirtless in a Manhattan Abercrombie & Fitch. The group is Improv Everywhere.
Check out their most recent video from Grand Central Station.
You Gotta See This
Happy Valentine's Day! I saw this ad for Jawbone headsets last week and thought it would make a perfect gift to my readers for Valentine's Day. I'm not exactly clear how the content of the ad relates to noise-free phone conversations but I'm not going to complain.
We Made It!
Yesterday was Election Day and I'm happy to say that Patrick made it out of the Primary. It was a very tough race and there were many great candidates to choose from.

We now have six grueling weeks until the General Election on April 1st. Hopefully I'll have great news on April 2nd (besides it being my birthday) and my blogging will continue as well.
Jimmy Kimmel is F**king Ben Affleck
I know I've been posting several videos lately and for that I apologize. My blogging will get back in sync after April 1st. In the meantime you have to check out this hilarious video by Jimmy Kimmel. If you are a follower of his you'll know that he regularly has a bit about Matt Damon on his show along with his "girlfriend" Sarah Silverman - which this video is in response to her earlier Damon video.
This video is hilarious - and it's impressive that he gets top notch appearances from Brad Pitt, Cameron Diaz, Josh Groban, Don Cheadle, Macy Gray, Meatloaf, Dominic Monaghan, Joan Jett, Harrison Ford, Christina Applegate, Rebecca Romijn, Robin Williams, Pete Wentz, Perry Farrell, Lance Bass, and Huey Lewis.
Beware the video is probably NSFW.
