Each week I get special requests from readers asking for someone - or something - to be featured for Topless Tuesdays. Its always a joy when I can fulfill such requests. This week I'm able to knock off two requests: something Rihanna related and a Barack Obama look-alike. And with that I introduce you to Nathan Owens!
